The Geared Motor Device 220–250V AC/DC is an accessory designed for ABB Air Circuit Breakers E2.2 to E6.2. Its primary function is to provide automatic charging of the operating spring, ensuring the circuit breaker is always ready for operation.
The device activates automatically when the indicator is in the Discharge Spring position, eliminating the need for manual spring charging. This improves operational efficiency, reduces downtime, and enhances user safety.
